Tagor starts phase 2 Adora Forest from Timișoara, with Danya Cebus as general contractor

The real estate developer Tagor has started the construction works for the second phase of the Adora Forest residential project, located in the northeastern part of the city of Timișoara. The residential complex will include a total of 9 blocks of flats with approximately 1,000 apartments, located in the vicinity of the Dumbrăvița residential area, right next to Pădurea Verde.
The first block with 107 apartments is put into use and fully occupied, and the 115 apartments within the second block are already reserved in proportion of 40%.
The general contractor is the construction company Danya Cebus, part of the AFI (Africa-Israel Investments) group.
Both buildings are organized in the height of Gf + 11 floors and benefit from the best facilities and facilities, as well as premium quality finishes. The second building offers 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, respectively, as well as garden apartments.
